Shout Out to Lori Waltman

Lori Waltman deserves an award because she is awesome. Also for making me conquer fears and for working her tush off to help me get to London.  Today, we climbed the O2 arena--a very large arena that many famous entertainers have performed at.  If you would have asked me to do this a while ago, I would have said NO WAY.   Here is where Lori has full right to tell me "I told you so."  Months ago my mum made me hike Angels landing in Zion National Park.  For those of you who haven't heard of Angels landing, here is all you need to know: 1,400 ft shear cliffs, hold on to a chain, try not to fall off and die.  To say I am terrified of heights is an understatement.

No, to say I WAS terrified of heights is an understatement. Today climbing the O2 was a cake walk.  I was having fun, laughing, looking down and all around.  I never thought I would get over my fear of heights but I guess sometimes your mum is right--when you face your fears head on, they can't control your life.

On Tuesday we spent the day at Stonehenge and Bath.  It was a great day but um did you know Stonehenge is a pile of rocks on the side of a road and Bath is not an actual bath. But don't get me wrong. Seeing Stonehenge was really cool.  It is filled with such amazing history and is really amazing to visit.  Bath is beautiful and also filled with great history. Not to mention the shopping is amazing there.

The Royal Crescent

Last night we went to the Globe Theater and stood in the yard to see Julius Caesar.  It took an entire three acts to figure out what was going on but hey it was great.

Mind the Gap

I love this city.
One of the best parts of the BYU London Centre is the location.  It is seriously in the perfect place.  A block away from Kensington Gardens, Hyde park, Portobello Road, three tube stations, some really yummy food (this may be a bad thing), and is surrounded by adorable architecture.

Baby Gelato Cone
Am I in London or New York.  SO GOOD
